Go for the gold

These videos were created for Go for the Gold, the largest student recruitment event at OU. They were utilized for paid social campaigns and inspired visuals for the other elements of the campaigns including digital ads and print materials.

ABOVE:

The goal of this video was to use an engaging hook combined with eye catching, trending visuals to appeal to young prospective students and peak their interest in the event. To create this video I took stills from footage, printed them out, drew on them, and scanned them back into the computer to create a stop motion effect. I also cut out graphics, photos, and letters from magazines to layer for titles and additional visuals. I utilized a scanner to create textured backgrounds and transitions, such as the paper unwrapping.
